About

Andrea An is a Vietnamese-Canadian pop/alternative-rock artist and the co-owner of Nolita Studios, a Saskatoon-based music production, photography and videography company. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, she began piano lessons at six before teaching herself guitar as a teenager, laying the foundation for a career that fuses musicianship and storytelling. Her latest release, “Ghost in the Glass,” is part of an upcoming concept album exploring the different stages of grief and loss.

A fully independent artist, Andrea works alongside award-winning music producer Jesse Weiman. Together, they run their productions in-house from start to finish, handling the music, visuals, and creative direction without a label. Andrea also creates the original artwork on her merchandise.

Her music has accumulated more than 350,000 streams in 2026 alone, reaching listeners across North America, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and beyond. She has received radio support in Canada and internationally, including CBC, and partnered with brands including Angry Birds, Wayfair and TokyoTreat.

Andrea’s music draws from alt-rock, pop, Vietnamese music, and Japanese anime soundtracks. In 2026, she released “Save You” in English, Vietnamese, and Japanese, with acoustic and instrumental versions, followed by “How High We Could Become.”

She has performed at the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival, Trifecta Music Festival, Country Thunder, and Queen City Ribfest. Her debut album, Bloom, ranked #7 on SaskMusic’s Best Saskatchewan Albums of 2022, and she is an alum of the SOCAN/TD Incubator for Creative Entrepreneurship.

With a growing international audience, Andrea creates music drawn from her own experiences while giving listeners a place to see their own stories reflected in hers.
